Solution Does the help system send me update emails?

Yes. The RMI help ticket system sends emails to both our support team and to the client that created the initial ticket.

However, in this age of SPAM, we have noticed that emails sent by the system can be categorized into three success levels.

1. If you are using a cutting edge email program like Gmail, you will receive the system update email.

2. In some cases, the email will land directly in your SPAM folder. Please instruct your mail program that these emails are NOT spam and you should begin receiving all emails thereafter.

3. In some cases, the update email will be blocked before it reaches your computer based on different ISP filters.

Note: Regardless of email update success, the system provides you with a ticket number for every ticket you create. Please make note of this number so you can always return to the help system and view updates on your issue or project.
