Why was I charged twice in one month?
Solution
There are two scenarios why you may be charged twice in one month:
1. Our banking system automatically debits your credit card at a regular interval. If your payment was not successfully made on this date, we will manually intervene and take a payment in the following month. This scenario would lead to a month with no payment followed by a month with two payments. Please review the previous statement to see if this is the case.
2. Many of our clients have purchased multiple products from RMI. For example, a Smile Gallery Pro account and a Website maintenance package would incur two payments per month.
