By now, you have opened an account. The next step is to upload your before and after photos (or any other photos you want) into your Smile Gallery Pro account.
How to upload your photos for free
To start adding your photos, visit your Cases
area and click on the New Case link. Then click on the Find Photo button to access your computer and upload photos. From the new Image Manager window, click on the Browse button and select one or many photos to upload. Windows will now allow you to select files on your computer or network. Once you see a list of your photos in the Image Manager window, click the Upload button. Great work! Your photos are now in your Photo Library. You can now select a photo and click on the OK button at the bottom of your Image Manager window. Great work! You should now see your photo in the case your are currently creating.

Do you need help scanning, or digitizing photos?
Send us your photos via mail. You can send us digital photos on disk, printed photos, and even slides. You can also send us photos via email. We will add the first 20 photos into your account for free! Additional photos are $7 each. You must print and complete the form below and include it when you mail your package. Attention: Uploading your photos yourself is always free!
Important information regarding your photos
- Please note that you should load full resolution photos into Smile Gallery Pro. Why? This will allow you to use the printing features like ordering a photo book.
- The maximum file size for a photo upload is 8 Megabytes
- Please note that if you send us photos via email, you may only be able to send one or two high resolution photos per email.
- Smile Gallery Pro does not provide color correction capabilities.
- Please use the Easy Crop and Easy Resize features in the Image Manager to create a perfect smile gallery every time. Just look for the pencil icon next to your image in your Image Library.
- Please feel free to visit the HIPAA compliance area.
My photos are in my account. Now what?
Once your photos are in your Image Manager, it is time to create Cases and then create a Gallery. One case usually represents a set of before and after photos for one patient and includes relevant textual information. Go to your Cases area now. After you have created and saved a few cases, you can move to the Gallery area. There you can quickly create and save galleries showcasing the quality of your dentistry. Go to your Gallery area now
I have created a Smile Gallery. Now what?
It's time to make you and your staff marketing experts. Don't worry. It's easy. Just visit the Get New Patients Guide and pick a project. Easy!
